David Wartmann

Product

Through his master degree in Business Management (HSG) and his practical work as a board member in the family business, David brings a valuable combination of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to Joineer. His accurate way of working helps us keep track of the details and in Product Development. Economic and social sustainability were of great importance to David during his studies, which he now lives on with Joineer.

Fabian Jäger

In addition to studying communications at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (HWZ), Fabian has also acquired a wealth of experience in various areas. As a member of the executive board of a company that creates modern workplace concepts, he has worked very profoundly to create optimal working conditions. He is now pushing this vision of providing each employee with an optimal environment for top performance at Joineer.

Nicola Ferroni

Communication

Our creative thinker worked in various advertising agencies, where he was also able to gain leadership experience. In addition to his professional career Nicola studied Business Communication at the University of Applied Sciences Zurich (HWZ). With his know-how, he supports us in design and conceptual thinking. The idea of making it easier for employees to help shape organizations is his greatest motivation.

Ambitious, driven and with a real passion for entrepreneurship. David has proven his talents for taking calculated risks and turning ideas into reality when founding the ETH Spin-off ServiceHunter AG (quitt.ch). He has chosen Joineer as his next entrepreneurial adventure because he believes in the immense potential impact that it’s products can bring to the workforces worldwide.

Dr. Hansruedi Heeb

Technology

Hansruedi is a 20 year startup veteran and his biggest success was being founding CEO of a startup that did an IPO after raising 25M$ in three venture rounds. After his successful exit and some years of building, leading and motivating top international teams he decided to join Joineer as a CTO. With his broad technology knowledge in soft and hardware and his track record in turning innovative ideas into business opportunities he is the perfect match for Joineer.

Thomas Bürli

Lead Developer

After successfully completing his master's degree in electrical engineering and information technology at the ETH Zurich, Thomas gained a lot of experience as a senior component owner in a large IT company. There he was responsible for setting up and leading an international team and, in addition to software development, was also responsible for introducing agile processes. As a lead developer, Thomas actively supports Joineer in product and with his technical know-how and experience in agile working methods also in corporate development.

Dr. Roland Henssler

Dr. Roland Henssler has served many years as a top manager in international high tech companies. After building up detailed Know How on how to lead an international company to success, Roland decided to change sides and started his own business as a management coach. His clients as a consultant and coach included major companies such as Siemens, Volkswagen, The Boston Consulting Group, Roche and various other international players. In his work as a management coach, Roland has developed different methods and tools to assess soft skills and help teams to improve cooperation and productivity to new levels. His work is the core of our Teamanalysis and the Recruiter-Tool. Roland is supporting Joineer in various areas and we benefit a lot from his broad experience as a coach and entrepreneur.

Dr. Felix von Reischach

Dr. Felix von Reischach's strength lies in bridging the technical and business worlds for designing products that customers love. As an AI and Machine Learning specialist, he spent more than 10 years at SAP, ETH Zurich, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was holding positions at the intersection of innovation, product management, go to market, software engineering, and leadership. Felix holds a PhD from ETH Zurich in information systems and an MSc in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. In his last position as the Head of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Swisscom, he was the leader of one of the most innovative tech teams in Switzerland. Felix supports us in all technical questions and is a very important partner when it comes to challenging the status quo and thinking about next generation products and market strategies.

Elizabeth Immer-Bernold

A trained behavioural economist, Elizabeth Immer-Bernold knows how to ask the right questions in the right way to drive behavioural change. After completing her studies at the University of Sydney, Elizabeth kicked off her career in Zurich as scientific collaborator in ETH’s Department for Decision Theory and Behavioral Game Theory; digging deep to understand better how and why people cooperate, and how organizations can promote cooperation. Since her exit from academia, Elizabeth has committed herself to bringing behavioral economics insights into the non-academic world (earlier: strategic consulting at Fehr Advice & Partners, current: product design at Die Ergonomen). Elizabeth’s engagement in the community includes a long stint as Organizer and Host of the Zurich Behavioral Economics Network (ZBEN), speaker at various events and as a coach for non-profits and start-ups. With her extensive experience Elizabeth provides intensive support to corporates and start-ups in the development of product concepts, the evaluation of content and UX issues. Elizabeth helps us to make sure our product fulfills our users’ needs – and is easy and fun to use.

Gian-Rico Bardy

Gian-Rico Bardy is an expert in the field of personnel and organizational development. In addition to many years of experience in consulting and supporting companies in operational and strategic HR issues, he lectures at various conferences, is responsible for setting up and implementing assessment and development centers, supports people as a coach and conducts various training courses in a variety of areas, such as leadership, team development and interviewing. Gian-Rico, who completed his studies in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Zurich, now works as a consultant at the Institute for Applied Psychology IAP of the ZHAW (Zurich University of Applied Sciences) after working for the Swiss Armed Forces (DDPS), Harvey Nash and assess + perform AG, a small management consultancy. He supports us in the development of various contents, the evaluation of HR trends and in questions of organizational development.
