The Joineer Teambarometer is designed to minimise your workload. It is very easy to use and only takes four simple steps.

Register yourself and
your team
At the beginning you choose which question set you want to use for your pulse survey.

If you use the free version of the Teambarometer for up to 10 team members, you can register yourself and your team members quickly and easily – first name, last name and email are all the information you need.
In the following steps you decide how often your survey will be sent to the team members and when it will start. We recommend a maximum of four surveys per year, because your team members should not be overwhelmed with surveys – quality before quantity.
In the Small, Medium and Enterprise versions of the Teambarometer, we support you in selecting the right question set for your team and your organisation. In addition, onboarding can take place automatically in all three versions – e.g. via an Excel spreadsheet. We help you with this process.

Start
The pulse survey
is ready to start
Your team members will receive an invitation to the survey by email at the defined time. The survey can be completed in any browser on any system (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop; Windows, Mac, Linux), without any additional apps or other technical gimmicks.
Completing the survey usually takes less than 5 minutes.
In the survey, team members can also give written FeedForwards. FeedForwards are forward-looking, constructive thoughts and inputs that are a valuable basis for the joint development of ideas and solutions. The FeedForwards can be given either anonymously or openly.

The results of the surveys are collected and analysed in real time in the Teambarometer dashboard. The dashboard is intuitively designed and summarises the most important information anonymously and compactly: The average values and the spread or range of responses are presented both in figures and graphically. As soon as more than one survey is available, you will also see the chronological progression.
If several teams or your entire organisation participate in surveys, you can also display the results comparatively (e.g. comparison of team A and team B) and aggregated (all teams or the entire organisation).
By default, team leaders and e.g. the HR department have access to the dashboard. In the settings, you can easily determine yourself who is allowed to look at the dashboard.
In the Medium and Enterprise versions of the Teambarometer, we produce an Executive Summary after each pulse survey. In this report we summarise the most important results.

With the dashboard’s discussion mode, you and your teams get down to business: The results of the survey and the FeedForwards are clearly structured in the discussion mode and thus discussed both effectively and efficiently. he decisions you make are directly recorded as solutions.
As a team leader, you can pre-structure the meeting to make it efficient. For example, you can remove sensitive FeedForwards that were made openly, without anonymisation, from the team meeting in order to discuss them bilaterally with those concerned.
